1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Win VIP ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by Win VIP — including games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Win VIP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2 Eligibility

To register and use Win VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win VIP does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Win VIP employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from Win VIP.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be using Win VIP from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Win VIP account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Win VIP uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win VIP login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
• You must notify Win VIP immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Win VIP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Win VIP may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary.

Win VIP reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

Win VIP accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are credited to your Win VIP account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Win VIP support via live chat with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate immediately.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Win VIP does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• Win VIP does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposit limits may be applied to your account at Win VIP's discretion or at your own request for responsible gaming purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Win VIP processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Most withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before processing.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your Win VIP account. Win VIP will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Win VIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if Win VIP has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Win VIP does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider are outside Win VIP's control.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your Win VIP account balance and you will be notified via your registered contact details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Win VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Rewards page at the time the bonus is claimed.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Win VIP bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Win VIP reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonus terms will not be changed retroactively after a player has claimed an offer.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Win VIP use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the RNG — Win VIP does not manipulate game results beyond the stated house edge published for each game.

By playing any game on Win VIP, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. Win VIP is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay, provided the games have operated correctly according to their published rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your wager returned to your balance.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, Win VIP reserves the right to correct the payout to the amount that should have been paid under the correct game rules.

• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Win VIP platform or its games.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using Win VIP for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain credits or winnings beyond what the correct game outcome would produce.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Win VIP staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Account Termination

Win VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud is suspected.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Win VIP is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, Win VIP reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances.

12 Limitation of Liability

Win VIP provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Win VIP makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly, Win VIP does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• Win VIP is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Win VIP is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages outside Win VIP's control.
• Win VIP's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Win VIP's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to Terms

Win VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Win VIP will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
